This is a warning against Fern Inn Holiday / Fern Inn & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., who are running a coordinated holiday membership scam across India.
During a visit to McLeodganj in December 2024, their sales team (Amit and Roshni) invited us for a “holiday seminar” inside a hotel. The entire setup was staged to appear genuine:
A board filled with logos of big hotel chains like The Fern Hotels, Holiday Inn, Novotel, Radisson Blu, etc.
They also falsely claimed the hotel belonged to John Abraham’s father-in-law to make it look reputable.
They showed photos of “customers” taking membership the same day to build trust.
Based on these claims, we paid ₹79, 000 for their holiday membership. They later forced us to pay AMC amounts through PhonePe (₹11, 799 twice) — one payment directly went to Kunal Bhatia, a director-level person frequently mentioned in public reviews.
After the payments, the pattern was always the same:
No proper hotel confirmations
Ignoring calls and messages
Delaying tactics whenever a trip was requested
Asking for “AMC for 4 more years” before giving any booking
No transparency
No official email or company helpline in the public domain
When asked for booking proof, their communication immediately stopped.
We later found multiple people online with the exact same experience — same method, same non-delivery, same excuses, same people involved.
This company is clearly running a systematic scam, misusing the branding of well-known hotel chains and extracting money through false promises.
Strong warning to others: Do NOT trust Fern Inn Holiday. This is a fraudulent setup designed to trap tourists.
