Dear Sir,
This is to complain that the FNP accepted my request for supplying Cake and flowers to my Grand Son on his birthday on 01.10.2026 and I paid the money online through PAYTM UPI APP linked to Bank Account. The special instruction was to deliver the Cake during the premium time slot 12 pm to 2 pm at Mumbai.
I received a call from FNP at 2 pm and the Executive said to me that they could not deliver the Cake as per the original instruction and he wished to supply the same before 7 pm on the same day. As my grandson's birthday was planned in a function hall around 6 pm the same day. I said to the Executive to supply before 3 pm only. But he said sorry and cancelled the order. But the amount was not paid back till now. They sent some RRN (Refund Reference Number - iload_TicntjdiJSb3eK) and asked me to follow up with my bankers. My bankers informed that they received no refund till date.
I reported the matter to FNP vide emails and they sent Complaint Tickets promptly asking me to wait. They have thus wasted my time and disturbed me so much.
The reference Order No.[protected] and Complaint Ticket#[protected]; Ticket#[protected] etc. remained unresolved till now.
Request you to help in this matter keeping in view the interests of consumers. I upload the documentary evidence for doing the needful.
