I had taken a vehicle loan from Bussan Auto Finance (now Fexprime Finance Pvt. Ltd.) for my two-wheeler with registration number TN74AM2165 and chassis number ME1SE7330G0694740. The loan has been fully paid and closed, but I have not received the No Objection Certificate (NOC) yet.
I have already sent a request email to [protected]@fexprime.com, but there has been no response. I also tried calling all available customer care numbers, but none are reachable.
Kindly request Fexprime Finance to issue the NOC immediately so that I may remove the hypothecation from the RC.
