I started data entry job with them, since i was not able to complete as per agreement i paid 3000 and the person said agreement is cancelled but he failed to send any document on cancellation. I just have whatsapp conversation.
Now i got a call from a lawyer stating noc is needed and i need to pay 15, 000 immediately else case will be registered. I said i cant pay as nothing is mentioned in agreement. He filed some case and sending me message that case is registered.
