Had ordered one colored red saree from fiabell and i received the delivery today via ecomexpress courier service. After the delivery boy left and i unpacked the parcel i`ve only found a totally different, mostly a worst quality saree which neither i ordered never i had seen on their website. The only payment method was cod and i paid in cash; however, fiabell doesn’t have any contact number and i really have doubt whether they will respond on email communication as i never received a single reply from them against my earlier intimation. Apparently fiabell has only given their email id on their website for contacting them. I don`t know if they`ll take the return or refund me the money, as i haven`t received any feedback from them yet. Please help, i want the refund soonest.
