Hello, I am writing with a heavy heart because I had a horrible experience in my previous company. I joined Ficode Software Solutions on 22nd May, 2023 and left the organisation in September 2023. I had faced a financial loss due to this company. Their salary cycle is on 25th of every month but they credit salaries on 3rd to 5th of next month. They don’t have any particular date for salaries. In the month of September, I was supposed to get my salary till 5th but my salary was credited on 12th September. As I am staying in a PG, I have to pay my bills on every 29th of the month. But last time we were just given false hopes and dates for our salaries and they even didn’t inform us about a salary delay. So, I had to leave my PG where I was staying because I was unable to pay my rents and I paid extra amount for 15 days i.e 29th August to 13th September.
The second reason of leaving the organisation is that they have a bonus policy but this is not for every employee. I joined as a Digital Marketing Executive but they put me into another field. Before joining the organisation, I asked for salary breakdown but they refused by saying that it’s not in their policy. The bonus is based on the performance of the employee and it get deducted from the employees salary. Every month, 3000rs were being deducted from my salary. It is then given quarterly. When the time came, at every month end for monthly review form, my manager intentionally gave me poor ratings to save the company cost. For 1st month, he told me not to fill the review form. In 2nd month, he gave me very poor ratings and in the 3rd month, he didn’t even review the form. Due to this kind of policies and bluffs, I decided to leave the organisation because I can’t work in such kind of an organisation.
I asked them to give me my salary for the days which I worked for in August and September i.e (26th August to 12th September) and they even didn’t give me my bonus amount which they had deducted from my salary. I have all the proofs with me.
