I would like to ask your help in getting our payment from this company. We completed a project last april, completed on time but they don't want to pay us. The payment was due last july for a total of $8500 but until now, they only sent $3450 after i threaten them to expose what they are doing. I understand the company might have financial issues that's why i made an arrangement that they can send us partial payments weekly. The avp of the company promised that they will process $1500 every friday but it never happened and only sent a total of $3450 in a span of 3 months. They also sent us fake receipts and intentionally sent misleading emails saying the payment was processed and that we have to wait for bank's clearing process, but after checking with the bank, we found out that it was never processed. Cheating from the top management is very unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Please help us and let us know where to raise our concern to get our payment. Thank you.
