I applied for personal loan, Company name FINAVERY FINSERVE. This all thing started 2nd of may 2022. I send the required documents to executive on whatsapp after 2 days they asking for loan proposal document. I dont have any idea regarding this loan propsal document. So she said i can help you out just pay 1000₹ and we will do it for you. I said okay do it. I sent the money 1000₹ and continue the process. already one week over in this..They responded very late and also not got photocopy of loan proposal doc till now..Then they replied that your loan sanctioned and it is limit loan and asking for bank account " Indian overseas bank " i said i dont have this one..so they asked to create an saving bank account in indian overseas bank..later i go to bank but they denied to open..So executive said " we will do it for you, i said ok. They charging 300 plus 2000 total 2300₹ ( 2000 will be deposited in bank account and 300 opening charges.). I said ohk..I sent the money.till now 1000+ 2300 = 3300₹ given to this firm. almost 15 days over..everyday I texted to their executive for asking loan update and they replied very silly without worrying. I am getting frusteted and text her that i will file the compaint on you. after that i get the invoice of 1000 and 2300 rupees. which will easily made by anyone. No gst number, no company registration number etc. Everyday I texted the messege that. and they replied like in kind of she have 0% intrest, just doing for timepass. Almost 22 days over, Now they asking for gurenter any family member, i said ok, my mother and this time again " Indian overseas bank only..." I said no my mother dont have any bank account. but they want a bank account that to be in IOB only. Again they asked for 2300, we will open an account for your mother. I said NO, just cancel my loan proposal and refund my money. Now they are Not replied to me from last two days. On startig they are said, it will hardly take 2 3 days..and almost 25 days over..I didnt got nothing. infact indian overseas bank account also, which is hardly take 1 hour to open. I attached all the screenshots, payments receipt etc. Please get refund my money. In their invoice they mentioned your rufund will be processed in 60 working days, what the helll your company doing man, for 2, 000₹ to 3, 000₹ should i wait for 60days. I have other works to do. Please take strict action on them. They wasted almost 25 days of mine.
