myself ruchika das my loan id is :[protected] I have taken the loan on may which i have already paid on 27 june as per the req amount of 7820 after waiver i have paid and i have shared the screenshots as well but still i am receivg the msgs to pay the amount and when i shared the screenshots yesterday i got the mail stating to download the NOC by loging to the app I have the proofs as well but still now i just received the mail from rupeeredee app to make the payment of 1837.. when i have contacted the cc caree they itself mailed to pay i[censored] want i can share each and every screenshot so i have paid and i even got the call also that whether i have cleared or not so i shred the payment transaction Id as well :JmeFykr9fgsACU and the lady who was there on the call she itself confirmed on 28 june that the payment is been done and she will forward the req for NOC but may i know why i am getting such msgs...please take this on priority basis and take the action.. if you want i can share all the screenshots
