Fine Furniture — very rude, untimely delivery, partial delivery, product not provided as ordered

Please help in dealing with this furniture shop as this guy is very rude.

While taking order, he was very sweet and ready to accept anything that we are asking for.

Delivery was supposed to be done in 10-days, and then changed to 14th day, then 15th-day, then 16th day and finally on 17th day he said its ready, and i can come and check and then make the rest of payment after which he will schedule the same day delivery.

I was not happy with the product that was made and we had a lot of discussion, however, since i had already paid the 50% of amount, so had no option, and told him to deliver after making rest of the payment,

We had asked for complete wooden bed and after the delivery we have found out that most of the parts he used ply.

Worst product delivered.
After that, the ply were small in size and needs to be changed which i called him and asked to get this done in the morning as it was already 11:30 pm, however he very rudely said that it can't be done anything before evening.

I am not sure how to explain the agony and pain i am going through.

Please help.

Later i have found out that there are lot of suffers like me and this has to be stopped, so please see what can be done to this shop to stop them making customers fool.
