I am addressing an issue regarding a parcel delivered to Madurai instead of the intended destination in Karur.

Parcel Booked at ROYAL TRAVELS BANGALORE KALASIPALYAM(KPM)
WRONG DESTINATION ENTERED - MADURAI-MDU
Our bill clearly specifies Karur as the delivery address, and we regret the inconvenience caused by this incorrect delivery . We kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
I would like to add one one more thing - on a phone call I spoke to one of your employee ([protected]) He didn't respond well. He stated that the parcel we return to Bangalore and then delivered to Karur (Destination) at a new cost + old cost.
Why should we pay the amount when the mistake was from your end.
We have attached the Lr copy along with our company's bill for your reference.
