I placed an order on 20th August, 2020. I was assured that it would be delivered within 15 days. It's been more than three weeks yet there is no response. They did not provide any helpline/customer care number and did not reply to the countless emails I have sent them regarding the status of my order. Their site has been taken down and I have been forced to write this complaint against them. Was this information helpful? |
