Fingertips Typing Services — Asking money after completion of work

I have got a call on April 29 from this company fingertips typing services employee name vignesh. He asked me to finish 150 pages of pdf formate pages to Ms word within 7 days. Before I asked about any money have to pay for this job. Then he said this is a free job mam. So I finished it in 4 days by working day and night. Qc report send after 10 days. Now he asking 1950 rs for account confirmation. Please take this complaint serious. They are mostly targeting ladies only.
