Fini Technologies — frequent calls for amount

I am facing such a big problem this company is harassing me to pay a lots of money that it has gonna put me into court. The advocate is always calling me always and telling to pay amount i have payed approx. 40k to fini technology till date plzz help me to over come again they are asking me to pay more 30 k where should i go so what should i do with this such a fraud company. They are forcing me to pay money money money... Or else they will issue me into the court it seems. Is that true... This company itself need to help me.
