[Resolved]  Finlace Consulting — Fake commitments

I booked the flat in Ajnara Ambrosia through Finlace (executive name -- Rahul Bhagat Fraudy). We had satisfied at 50, 50, 000 rupees and we have logged in our application then suddenly he told me that Ajnara is saying for 52, 00, 000 rupees then I said cancel my booking. He told me that he will provide me advance cheque I denied for the same then I told that I want settlement at same time but told me that he will provide the cheque for the same but wasting my 15 days he told me that company has provided me credit note, they cant provide advance cheque.
So please beware from Fraudy Rahul Bhagat.
