Finnable Credit Private Limited — finnable collection team abusing over a call due to non payment of emi at this situation (corona effect) | |||||
I have taken a salaried personal loan from the finnable 2 years back with the loan number[protected] and paying regularly until my salary credited to my account. I started my own business and due to the loss in my business, i am paying emis by last day of every month from past 8 months. Till date, i have cleared all the emis. Unfortunately, this month i couldnât make the payment due to the corona effect. Since i am a self-employed person, all the sources are closed and i am helpless now. Today, one of the finable collection team lady ([protected]) called and asked for emi payment. I replied in a polite manner that already i spoke to the finnable collection manager (Subhash) regarding this and i am in touch with the other executives as well (Anbu and jagadeesh), i cannot assure the next payment date at this situation. She replied arrogantly, âi donât want to think about the current situation, you have to keep funds in your account and you must pay the emiâ. Since i am helpless at this situation i said, i donât have funds in my account if you would like to proceed legally please do it as i am unable to pay at this point of time. For that, she replied âi can do that. # I would request you to take action regarding this on a high priority so that many innocent people (Borrowers) wonât be tortured like this. Also, itâs my humble request to check whether this number ([protected]) has dot approval for calling customers or not? And this particular debt collection agency has a license of dra from the recognized organization? I have mailed this issue to the finnable support team, dmi finance grievance cell and rbi complaints forum against nbfc. Still, she is sending text messages as â i could see that, you have raised a ticket âdo what you canâ. I wonder, why finnable team/ dmi finance recruiting such an immature person for the debt collection. She is taking everything personal/eager to collect the emis to get her incentives and finally, due to lack of professionalism, she is abusing her customers. I havenât received any reply for my mail regarding this issue from the finnable support team except the moratorium link. Hence, i am escalating this issue here with the recording. You can listen, she used the word "#" at 1min31sec. They have given loan from a third party DMI finance. After paying all the dues they are not giving the NOC certificates till now. It's almost 6 months now. It's affecting my cibil badly.
I spoke to one lady, RIMA. She says as i missed to pay 4 months EMI so I will get my NOC certificate. I told her clearly i had some medical issues but still no help.
Also, last 3 months their collection team ANBU told to pay in a different account which I did. But, their careless ness, they have not updated those payments.
Later again RIMA told its cleared and there is no due pending. But, they are denying to give the NOC certificates.
Instead, their behaviour is teh worst. They dont understand the problem of their customers and just interest on money.
There is no response in mails also. I was told to mail to Nisha Srivastav by collection team but later i came to know she left the company.
Taking a loan from Finnable is the biggest mistake of my life. Now, i have to chase them and mail them everyday to get my NOC.
