I am writing this email in sheer anger and frustration regarding the disgraceful and unethical behavior of Finnable recovery agents. Despite my clear communication about the slight delay in payment this month, and having assured payment by the 30th, your team has chosen to harass me and my relatives. This is unacceptable!

These recovery agents have been incessantly calling my relatives, abusing them, and saying inappropriate things. This is an outright violation of professional ethics, my privacy, and basic human decency. Let me remind that I have been consistently paying my bills every month without fail. This single instance of delay does not justify such aggressive and shameful tactics.

I demand an immediate halt to this harassment

Resolve this issue at once, and ensure that such harassment does not happen again. I expect a written confirmation that the recovery agents have been instructed to cease their actions
