Finnovatio Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd — amount deducted for emi payment, but not credited to them not refunded to my account

Hi sir,
M y name is movaa siva naga subramanyam, this month 09.05.2019 i was transferred rs 9266?- due amount to kreditbee company throw their mobile app (Finnovation tech solutions pvt ltd), amount deducted in my account but company person told me amount was not credited, pay again i will two days amount still not credited to them or not refunded to my account, after few days i will pay to directly with interest, but online payment was till not refunded today. I will raise the compliant in kreditbee company customer care service but they are not responding. Please follow my transaction and solve the issue as soon as possible, i will attach transaction detail in attachment
