I have applied Personal loan in Finnwork Finance, which i got details from Social media.
As per their advise, I submitted all proofs including income Pay slips. After that whats app message received and told me that I am eligible for 3lakhs. So I accepted the same. Further they told me for preparing loan proposal letter from my side. I informed them that I dont know procedure. They confirmed me that they will make from their end, and for that I need to pay Rs.2000 as one time fee and they will issue the confirmation of payment in mail as well as receipt copy. Also when i did payment, name reflected on app for upi is Goalset Wealth management and not in name of Finnwork finance.
After payment, there is no further update even after a week. After that another staff called me and told me that I need to open a cash credit account in Indian overseas bank. I dont know whats the objective. For this again they are asking 3300rs for bank account creation. I felt all these activities a s fraudulent and I think I should report this to consumer forum. So kindly look into this and do needful.
