Finodiary — Not getting msg

Hi i m vikash chaurasia, i have subscribe finodiary sebiregistered advisory company i join april 2015 for quarterly future service, call was good i was getting somethig profit, but before the expiry date they are asking for payment, and when i tell him i will pay on my date they stop my service. Now they are naot receiving my call.
