Finpluss — I'm complaining about their leads

They had agreed to supply leads above a certain income of 6L and above and we signed a contract for 60000 and this was supposed to cover around 80.leads ..After 2 months recieved only 8 leads and only 4 were above the income agreed upon..If they did not have the capability to deliver this they should have never signed the contract or taken the money..Now having taken the money they are refusing to cancel and refund the money
