Finsere Insurance Consultants — i haven't received my amount even after one year of maturity..

I have joined in 'shri suraksha scheme' of finsere insurance consultants, kodungallur, kerala on 17/06/2015. As per the scheme i had been paid 1000 inr/month for 48 months (4 year). It has been matured on 17/06/2019 for the amount of inr 58, 000 (Including 1000 inr tax). As part of procedures i have submitted withdrawal request form on 19/06/2019. However, i didn't get any amount credited to my account from 'finsere insurance consultants' till date. Please note that multiple times they have given bounced cheques to me. Here i am attaching the copies of bounced cheque and withdrawal request form.
