Fintrade Financial Services — not responding to refund my money

Updated by nitinkothekar I had applied for personal loan in shree investment point, ajmer and deposited around rs. 27000/- towards legal and security charges but due to not fulfilling agreement clause solvency certificate they have rejected my application and not given me loan. I had requested them to cancel my application and refund my all money and as per rule they have to refund the same.in july'17 they have cancelled my application and assured me to refund money in a weeks time. From july'17 i am continuously following with them for refunding my money but every time they given reasons and till date (Around 03 months have been gone) they have not refund my money. Please look into the matter and arrange to refund my full money which is around rs. 27000/-. My name is nitin kothekar and i am from nagpur (Maharashtra)
