This company is into stock brokers business with zero charges on delivery and no account opening charges, so far so good, but recently i bought 1187 rs worth stocks by depositing 1200 rs.
Normally stt plus other charges will not more than 10-15 rs.
Transaction date 3-3-2020
But on 20th and 23rd of march i rec'd calls stating i owe 13 rs and 16 rs respectively.
I cleared the first one but somehow it was not clear to me as to what this charges were. Upon enquiry they said some non delivery of stocks... It was funny why i be penalized for some one else mistakes, yet it was not clear
To me what the actual problem
I want complete refund as my stocks were sold without my consent by the dealer for shortage of funds, while it is evident that mistakes were from thier team Was this information helpful? |
