Hi Team,

I have purchased this Smart watch no; BSW051 from flip cart on 25th September 2022. I am raising this complaint as the watch audio was not working properly after 10 days o[censored]sing, the audio was not working during receiving phone calls and also during playing songs. The audio speakers are not working properly day by day after 10 days, and now i cannot even hear and receive calls. Till now i thought it is signal problem, but when i played songs the audio is not working.

Kindly replace my smart watch as i purchased it very recently.
