I had ordered bose bluetooth soundlink mini from website www.firedeal.in on 18th Dec, the product was delivered on 21st dec on COD, the product was not delivered in company packing, they have delivered faulty blutetooth, have removed charging cradle from box and exchanged original charging cable with a duplicate cable, tried to contact them on their registered mobile number for more than 100 times no one is recieving the call, have not recd even email revert from them, you cannot initiate return product from their website as captcha characters are not displayed. they have charged me Rs 6000/- for the faulty product
