An amount rs. 8.35 lakhs taken by fraud by consultant. This will remove the trust on jib consultannts.
The following is the trail of mail received the first priority with the following sequence of events.
1) asking rs. 2999/- for registration and choosing the companies to choose from the available companies.
2) ist round interview held on 1st may 19 after payment of rs. 2999.
3) after successful completion of ist round interview 2nd round of interview is taken on 8th may 2019
4) for profile verification rs, 14320/-has been taken.
5) then an on line aptitude test is conducted on 15th may 19.
6) final interview held on 21st may 2019.
7) rs. 93320/- as 3% of ctc of rs. 32, 43, 209/- is taken for profile finalization.
8) hr discussion round was held on 3rd june 2019.
9) profile complete intimation received with compensation benefits and asking rs. 6.00 lacs for profit sharing scheme.
10) payment made on 11-jun-19 rs. 2, 50, 000, 08-jul-19 rs. 2, 00, 000, 13-aug-19 rs. 1, 50, 000. Total 6 lacs was paid
11) asked for general body test medical report which was submitted by me.
12) consent letter shared by them in the letter head of emami limitedd on 18th jully 19.
13) mail received from 12th august 19 with compensation change and asking for rs. 1.50 lacs for profit sharing.
14) asking for rs. 1, 27, 458/- as gst amount by mail received on 06-09-19.
15) mail received on 12-09-19 confirming the dispatch of offer letter which is not receivedand no further communication thereon
16) total rs. 8, 35, 015/- was taken by the fraudulent consultant.

Compensation & benefits : your cost to company (Ctc) per annum rs. 31, 43, 209 /- (Thirty one lac forty three thousand two hundred nine only), which will be inclusive of basic salary, allowance and such other elements as may be applicable from time to time. Compensation and career progression shall be dependent on performance/conduct and in no case shall be construed to be a matter of right.
You will be governed at all times by the policies, procedures and rules of the company related to the salary, allowance, benefits and perquisites which are applicable to you. What is profit sharing scheme?
As per the information received from the organisation in order to promote business, emami limited is continuously promoting different incentive schemes in order to promote business and in order to push there employee in the right direction. So, they have started this profit sharing scheme which is only for senior employee of the company.
As per company forecast company is looking forward for a profit of 2000cr in an financial year, but with your help company reaches to a a benefit of 2200cr, on that extra 200 cr which company achieve under your supervision on this amount you become a profit sharer.
How can you take this scheme?
There are two ways to get this benefits. By investing in organisation by buying company shares of worth rs. 7.5 lac.
In this you can avail a straight benefit of 10% on the profit sharing.
Second way :
There are different slab which you can get profit by investing in organisation.
Amount — percent
1.2.5 lac — 4.0 %
2.3.5 lac — 4.5 %
3.4.0 lac — 5.0 %
4.5.5 lac — 6.5 %
5.6.0 lac — 8.0 %
The invested amount will be saved with the organisation and can be withdrawn after 6 months of your joining. An interest of 10% will be applicable on this amount.
This is a mandatory process and the details of this will mentioned in your offer letter. The percent profit sharing you takes will be final till your working time in the organisation.
