I had taken admission in Competition Community, a coaching institute run by Firstman Education Pvt. Limited, which operates across Chhattisgarh, for the preparation of government exams. At the time of admission, they did not inform me about any refund-related policy. They also pressured me to pay the fees in installments, even after I had already paid the registration fee for psc prelims offline classes.
Due to some family reasons, I had to discontinue attending the academy. I decided to request a refund for the amount I had paid, asking them to deduct the charges for the time I had studied and refund the remaining amount. However, they informed me that their coaching center does not have a refund policy and insisted that I continue with their online program instead.
Now, they are not answering my calls or addressing my refund request.
