I have been associated with this organisation from past 3uears and when i decided to leave thos organisation where i was ready to serve 30 days notice period and buy out the rest of the 45 days notice period which was 75 days. Company is not releaving me and not providing me full and final. Also threatening me to put my ref check negative if i dont serve and also they are absconding me as its already been more than 20 days i am absent from office. I shared my concern with management and Hr but they are releasing me sayin we have requirement and we will not leave whateve may be the case. I have personal issues at my family and also been medically unfot to do so. But now i have decided to move back to my home and suport my parents in tpugh times.
