Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that I am being unable to login to MyHrms portal from the very first day, my credentials that were provided are proven to be invalid hence, I am failing to login to my respective account due to which I haven't received my salary from past two months, I joined FIS for work from home, I have been trying to reach out HR saurabh and HR Ishan in Gurgaon office but they have been constantly avoiding my calls and messages I can't get into to gurgaon office as the guards won't let me do so . kindly make a note of my complaint and do something at the earliest as I am the only earning person in my family, so that I can receive my salary on time or please try reset my account for My Hrms.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible as I am in very urgent need of financial assistance.
