Fisdom Stock Broker — Reg- SIP failed transaction not refunded

Sir/ Madam,

My wife investing in SIP every month last month October 13 she invested in three SIPs through fisdom stock broking app but one fund is not reflected in her portfolio I also made complaint to them over phone mail still they are not responding properly kindly check into the issue and resolve.

But one 1000 which is invested in sbi mid cap mutual fund is not reflecting
Kindly do the needful ASAP
