I have ordered products worth 600+ from the website www.fisheshop.com.
Payment was done via Gpay. After 3 weeks, i tried to check the status of my order as per the watsapp number given in their website. The response from their end was very slow and even another week was over. Later they told that the order was not confirmed yet as there were some other procedures after the Gpay to confirm the order. They convinced me telling that the order is confirmed and i will receive those very soon. Its been almost 1.5 months that i havent got any status from them. Whenever i tried to contact them they never responds back and once they were asking me to be patient enough to receive the products.
Why the hell should i be patient.?? its very clearly mentioned in their website that the products ordered will be shipped after 5-7 days.
I am not from a remote village area, where the delivery of certain products are restricted. Here, we used to have a door to door delivery for all the products ordered.
Today i chatted with another person who supported Hyderabad and when i asked him for a refund, he went offline. Was this information helpful? |
