Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint against FITA Academy regarding an issue I faced during my course enquiry and registration process.
I had enquired about the Scrum Master course and proceeded to pay a registration fee of ₹1000. However, the very next day, I decided not to join the course due to personal reasons. I requested a refund of the registration fee.
Unfortunately, I have not received any response regarding my refund request. In addition, the manager I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional in their communication, which was quite disappointing.
It has been a considerable amount of time, and I still have not received my refund or any proper update regarding the same.
I kindly request you to:

Process my registration fee refund at the earliest
Take necessary action regarding the unprofessional behavior of the staff

I hope my issue will be resolved promptly. If not, I may have to escalate this matter further.
