Fitbasket — Scammed me for returning the refund of my product

Absolutely disgusted with FedBasket — this was a complete scam.
I placed an order and received the product, but due to personal reasons, I didn’t use it and requested a return. Their team explicitly asked me to repack it in a brown carton box, which I did personally by going to a store to ensure everything was done right.

Now, they’re refusing the return saying it came “in a cover instead of a carton, ” which is a complete lie. They even sent a video — clearly just a tactic to avoid taking the return. This is pure fraud and manipulation. They're just making excuses to keep the money and deny refunds.

This business operates with zero ethics. No responsibility, no customer care, and no honesty.
💥 Do not trust them.
