Fitelo — Diet plan and weight managment

I enrolled myself with fitelo in april 2023 with my medical condition and the executive did alot of promises which they fail to deliver within a month ..DT was not trained and professional ..i complain mutiple times to customer case with my concer but i didnot get the resolution. one dt was assigned nd i gave it a second shot to see how it goes .. my health condition detroied and spoiled by the her again ... i reached out to them to look into the matter ... ruchi forced me to pay fulll ampunt in advance .. trusted and paid and now there is no suppaort from upper managment nd neither from customer care .. i feel .. they buy fake reviews.. initially i was even forced to delete my reviews, there is no escalation managment team and there is no managment over all ..once they make me to pay full amount and then disappear..never got my yoda coach and mental coach ... my subscritopn say .. i will get mind coach yoga coach and dieticin ... inver go the servies frommind coach and yoga coahc and with dieticin i have to chase them and still they dnt respond to it .. i want my full refund till the time i paid to fitelo and compensation for spoiling my mental and physical health
