3 years ago taken loan 2.50 lacs on fivestar bussiness finance
I said them to 3 years tennure but they given 5 years tennure
After loan sanction I'm got only 2.38 lacs
After 1½ year loan applicant is passed away then I'm informed to fivestar branch manager they said to me we are not given any insurance to this loan so need to pay full money no any single rupee also not waiver. Now its appx 4 years total I'm paid 3.26 lacs I'm asked my settlement amount they said 1.16 lacs any possibility with death claim insurance policy company was not given any insurance / we are also not rejected to apply insurance. How can I clear this issue I'm confused please help me Was this information helpful? |
