I had ordered a product of PUMA from www.fizzexpress.com shopping portal and found it was not an original product. I called and mailed them up for the return and refund for the same. But till now they never contacted me on their own and giving excuses for their failure of non refunding whenever I mailed or tried to contact them. They asked for bank info for the transfer and I had given them details of two of my bank accounts still they are not refunding my money. Was this information helpful? |
