I placed an order for delivery of flowers with card, order id is [protected]. The staff promised me that they wil deliver it on time. But upto now no delivery is done. Then i called them and tried to chat with them but no response at all. So cancel the order and refund the money or i will move legally against the company for cheating as per the consumer act. I have never seen such a bad and poor customer service
