We have taken a e-commerce survey project from Flareon Global Services Pvt. Ltd. with a help of Mr. Anshuman Khanna as he is also playing a bridge between our company and Flareon Global Service Pvt. Ltd. Earlier we had also worked on Airtel Postpaid module for almost 2 successive tenure of S.L.A.
Payment was smooth and hassle free from their end but still they didn't renewed our contract as per the verbal commitment made by management of Flareon Global Services Pvt. Ltd. We don't know what went wrong behind the reason of all this.
One interesting fact which I like to disclose is that they are getting INR. 1, 200/- per registration after verification process and they are paying us only INR. 850/- only. All the hardwork and expense is done and beared by us and despite of all this they are still getting the face value and the brand name.
If you do the agreement with them, then ask them to give everything in writing rather than spitting promises verbally. Was this information helpful? |
