Flash Cash — I don't get any amount from them but they asking for repayment

Hi my name is sreekanth. I applied an amount of 3000 on 19-08-18 i don't get any amount from the flash cash. But they are asking for repayment and also sending me messages to repay otherwise we will complaint to credit bureau. I am sending my bank statements to their email addresses and also asking on calls to callers and their higer official. But till now i don't get any solution from them. What can i do. Can i complaint on them to credit bureau. Please help me to out of the situation.
