I bought a mobile phone on Flipkart realme 9pro 5g which was defective and i requested for return as per company policy within 7days. Seller of the Flipkart named 'flashtech retail' denied to return the mobile they are replacing my phone to the same new phone although i am not interested any more in the brand and model of the mobile ..i want my money back.
