I purchased a Casio G-Shock watch from Myntra, and unfortunately, the product I received appears to be completely duplicate. The watch has no markings or authenticity details on the back case, the silver coating is already fading, and there are multiple scratches clearly indicating that it is a low-quality imitation—something that can be bought for around ₹2, 000 from any local seller.
However, I paid ₹22, 000 for this watch on Myntra, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. It is concerning that this retailer is selling such substandard and counterfeit products to customers. Strict action needs to be taken, and such sellers should be banned from selling on any platform to prevent further consumer fraud
