Sir,
I am Deepak Sharma a CBI employee staying in Central Govt Flat No 6119/3, D-6, Vasant Kunj for last 16 years.
The resident of flat No 6119/1 just below my house has done illegal construction upto the main road. Due to this illegal construction, i am facing lots of problems as mentioned below:
1. Water is logged on the flat roof during rain causes gathering of mosquitoes and insects. This may cause illness to the households and neighbours.
2. They have constructed the house by damaging a Govt flat causing weakness in a building having 3 CBI flats which shall be considered as a crime.
3. My Jal Board water supply has been affected and i am forced to spent a lot on electricity bill for last 5-6 months.
4. Other day to day issues and parking issues.
I have complained verbally to MCD many times but no action has been taken against the owners till date.
It is therefore requested to take strict action immediately by demolishing the unauthorised constriction and also put fines on the house owner.
