Jitendra Ghongade to me 8 days agoDetails Hi Anup, I have deducted Rs.7000 not only for cleaning purpose. There are other issues of maintenance of flat like painting for all the walls, dirt, grime and uncleanliness for Balcony, Western toilet, Wash basin and Kitchen area as I discussed with you before deducting the money. You had requested me to repaint the flat before possession and I have repainted the flat at your satisfaction. After checking all the things, you have taken possession. So It was your responsibility to maintain the flat and you have failed to do that. All conditions were already discussed. You will get your money back when I will get my flat in satisfactory and good condition. The flat is in very worst condition. I am very sure they are not correct as i paid the watchman to clean the apartment and then hand over the keys. The point of painting is just the general wear and tear to be beared by owner, still i offered you to help with that by coming and getting all work done however as you and your brother in law are behaving completely non cooperative on phone i really feel harassed being an outsider and a simple family man. I have no option left other than taking help from the legal authorities and i dont want this to happen to any other person. Anup.
