I have order a1 solo pump rugby bluetooth speaker on from your website flat-world rewards at 08 june 2019 my order no. #11932. 81 day has passed still my order has not received till date i have not receive my product or any cash that deduct from my account. I had mail you on 16/08/2019 & 20/08/2019 but no reply from your side. I m not getting that why you are not replying us. I had attach copy of your mail receive from [protected]@matrixage.com. I had call on your costumer no. But the no. Is switch off how to contact your website. Please help me to track my order. If you are not sending the product the please refund my money.
As per your comment on 20 hours 27 minutes ago in consumer complaints the detail of dtdc courier you have given dispatch details. M92839764 is not my dispatch detail. My order is still pending not yet receive any product or cash. Was this information helpful? |
