[Resolved]  Flibkart — Mobile phone damaged different product received

Dear sir, My name is udhayasankar from Salem. As I order vivo v15 pro mobile phone in March 22 and I got the delivery of March 27 but I received vivo y69 old mobile cover with the inside Lenovo screen damaged mobile phone and Sony adapter, so I was shocked when openend your delivery box then I immediately contacted to your team members but they are didn't respond to me and then I was send legel notice to your team. They replied seller will refund to you .so you don't take actions to us, but still I didn't get any amount .so I took another step that is i have put case in consumer court the case number is (CC34/2019) .I have The evidence of I received mobile phone is wrong IMEI number it was printed on mobile bill.so please respond to my issue.
