Order subject TV from Flipkart, it was a open box hence delivery person opened and shown if any damages and switched on to check is it working, after two days installation was done and found issues with the display and motion lag, imeediatly this is infomred flipkart customer care.
Flipkart is now denying replacement ot refund of the product which is violating 10 days replacement / refund policy.
Also shockingly flipkart has chnaged my complaint status to resolved and blocked by order details
