Respected sir/madam
In the month of september 2019, i have added flipkart gift vouchers of ₹2000 and ₹500 respectively totaling to ₹2500. I have purchased a spectacle frame of 99 rupees so 2401 rupees left in my gift card wallet.
On 15th of october, i tried to purchase honour band 5 amounting to rupees 2399 using gift voucher balance ;the order has been auto cancelled by seller telling that i have not ordered this product for personal use, contrary to it was intended for my personal use only. As seller cancelled this order and refunded amount in my gift card wallet. At this point of time, there was 2401 rupees left in my wallet.
I have complaint to customer support team of flipkart regarding auto cancellation of the orders in my account, they have promised me to resolve the issue by 19th october.
But to my disbelieve they blocked my account and my money has been blocked on 19th of october 2019. Whereas on 18th of october 2009 send me a email that your problem has been solved. Screenshot of their email is attached for your perusal. They (Customer support team) are not replying to my email and they are not giving me to a satisfactory reply over the customer care phone.
Please do the needful and resolve the issue as soon as possible as justice is needed as my money is stuck.
