I, Suman Kumar Paswan], am filing this complaint under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against the above-mentioned seller.
Facts of the Case:
I purchased a Split Air Conditioner (AC) from the "Flipcar on [20th April 2026 for ? 33041/-.
The payment was made via card, and the order number ID- OD[protected].
The seller assured delivery on[protected], but the product has not been delivered till date.
I have contacted the seller multiple times via chats, but no proper response or delivery has been made.
