I received the wrong product. The item sent was a Rolex Geneve black dial watch(product as attached in attachments) . The product you delivered is not in accordance with the purchase contract I concluded with you as I have done the payments.

I therefore herewith request you to send me the right product free of charge as soon as possible.
I have also attached the wrong product your company has delivered as well as actual product I ordered with payments details with the company's email.
